On March 3rd, 2024, SMG marked a significant achievement at The Capital Zimbali Resort, where the BMW SA Group Excellence Awards recognized the best in automotive retail and customer service across South Africa. SMG dealerships received several accolades, highlighting their commitment to excellence in sales and customer support.

Top Honours for SMG Dealerships

BMW Ballito secured the Best Retailer in Sales Award BMW, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
BMW Umhlanga was awarded the Best Dealer in Customer Support Award, for exceptional customer service.
