SMG Toyota Hillcrest capped off another successful year with a host of awards at the 2020 Toyota Dealer of the Year awards, which was broadcast virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Last year proved to be one of the most challenging years in motor retail, with sales the lowest in 18 years. SMG Toyota Hillcrest and SMG Lexus Hillcrest was one of the few retailers that came out on top with success in Toyota Financial Services, Automark, Parts, Service and Customer Experience.

One of the most extraordinary accolades given to SMG Toyota Hillcrest on the night, was the Vice Presidents Award for Customer Experience in the Mega Category. This award, which is acknowledged to be one of the most coveted accolades, has been won by the dealership for 9 of the last 11 years. This award is testament to the ’SMG Experience’ principals inherent in all SMG dealerships. The SMG experience is something that is at the heart of every dealership in the Group. It is the benchmark for how the consumer experience should be delivered and enjoyed.
