SMG WINS BIG AT THE NATIONAL DEALER AWARDS HOSTED BY TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA

On Friday, 8th March 2024, SMG stood out at the National Dealer Awards hosted by Toyota South Africa, held in Johannesburg. The team won several top awards, highlighting their commitment to customer service excellence.

Angela Willis, Dealer Principal of SMG Toyota Hillcrest, received the Vice President’s Award for Customer Experience in the Mega Category.

 

Elsa Mollentze, After Sales Manager at SMG Toyota Hillcrest, was awarded the Vice President’s Award for Customer Service in the Service category.

 

These awards underscore SMG’s leadership in motor retailing and our commitment to customer service excellence.
