To be recognised as the Dealer of the Year, BMW South Africa focuses on a number of key performance indicators. These measure the overall performance of the dealership and the customer centricity of the dealership in relation to the entire dealer network in South Africa.
Being awarded Dealer of the Year means, measured on the standards set by BMW South Africa, SMG delivered the best overall dealer experience throughout South Africa.
