In celebration of Women’s Month, SMG Lexus was proud to host an insightful wellness day at Sage Cafe, Ballito in collaboration with Anele Ndlovu and Dr Nkwanyana.
The event, ‘Your Health is Your Wealth,’ was led by well-known and respected voices in women in their fields who covered everything from financial to spiritual wellness. Health wasn’t just a topic of conversation, those who attended were given physical health assessments on-site that included screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Guests were also encouraged to partake in guided aerobics, yoga and meditation sessions throughout the day, and had the chance to get an up-close look and feel of a variety of eye-catching Lexus vehicles that were on display at the event.
